Bacon Fondu

Bacon Fondu, I'm not sure this is how I would prepare it, but it has given me a great idea. I think a Gouda white wine with crushed or chopped bacon sounds wonderful, but I'd pair it with roasted potatoes, chicken sausage, bread, and of course bacon strips. Let us know what you think, or how you think it should be prepared.

P.S. I wonder if you could make a meat fondu with bacon grease instead of oil? Might be too flammable, maybe too much bacon if there is such a thing
