Bacon Cups

I'm always on the look out for new bacon recipes and ways to prepare bacon. I thought I had been doing a good, not great job when I received an e-mail this morning from my friend. All the e-mail contained was one line

 I'm not sure how my countless searches missed such a gem, but don't worry Eli, if I have any say these will be present at Bacon Day this year, maybe filled with something else, but they will be there.
