Bacon Fries

Bacon Fries, there are duck fat fries, but I had never heard of bacon fries until I googled them today and found that they are a pub favorite (for some) in the UK. Now the question is to find out how to make them for ones self. If any one has some suggestions, please pass this one. As you may have seen on the front page for this blog, I think this might be great with some lemon.
