Making Bacon revisited

In our first recipe post we discussed the different methods of making bacon. I finally found a site which compares each method. I should have guessed that engineers would have already done this experiment, in fact they made it a two parter. Part I can be found here and part II here. I'd try each way in advance for bacon day.
